It’s hard to image more passionate creative producers than Rory and Cheryl at @ruddyfinegin in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire. A buzz is building around their gins and having sampled them and spoken to this duo, we can see why!
The Couple enjoyed gin cocktails when they met on their first date and have now turned their mutual appreciation of England’s favourite spirit into a fantastic local business.
Their Lockdown Gin is a gem – made with crab apples and botanicals from Ruddington, it also sports an ingenious label. Look through the gin and the liquid magnifies a beautiful hand drawn map of Ruddington. Moreover, we’ve yet to taste a better quality gin.

London Dry Gin
Two years in the making, our delicious hand crafted London Dry Gin is smooth, zesty and intriguingly complex with a warm, moorish finish. Infused with our unique blend of 11 carefully selected botanicals including sweet orange, clove, liquorice root, cassia and lemongrass. Best served with either a Light Indian or Mediterranean Fever-Tree Tonic and a slice of Orange or a sprig of Rosemary for a classic G & T. βIβve tried others but they could not compete, Ruddy Fine is right up my streetβ
Summer Berries Pink Gin
Aromatic, super refreshing and bursting with berry flavours, our lovely pink gin, infused with strawberries, rasberries and cranberries is inspired by the beauty of an English Summer.Β Perfectly served with a Light Indian Fever-Tree Tonic, sliced strawberry and a generous helping of Summer Sun. βWe love their Summer Berries Pink Gin, the flavours all blend together nicely and the burst of fruitiness is really lovely.β
